On Sunday, September 7, 2025, Ms. Mardin Hikmat Yousif, Head of the Ibrahim Khalil Municipality, visited the presidency of the University of Zakho to congratulate the newly appointed president. She was warmly received by Prof. Dr. Diyar Abdulkarim Said, President of the University.
